Kyohei Morita also reaffirms suggestions that this particular economic stimulus package is fraught with political aspirations by saying that this is an exercise into garnering popularity just in time for coming lower house elections in Japan. Kyohei also does not have high hopes regarding effectiveness of stimulus package, which gets established by suggestions that this package would not serve a broader economic purpose.
